It is easy to meet deadlines if you post any sort of rubbish
For example: there was no court decision that raised small claim limits etc. Why on earth would you trust someone who is unable to do basic research?
I am just as disappointed as everyone else that we did not get any substantive announcement today.
I even checked with Investor Relations last week and was told specifically we would get our promised announcement in January.
However, there are a lot of accountants poking around S+G at the moment which will likely delay matters.
I also believe that 'no news' is 'bad news' for S+G. However, given the current share price, it would have to be catastrophic news for the share price to drop much further. It is already priced for near liquidation!
It would have been nice to have additional information in the announcement, but S+G have been around for 80+ years and nothing has substantively changed that would result in liquidation.
