re: its here at last!!!! Still inadequate reporting IMHO on confirmation of the deal- I can't remeber seeing a company so shy about making the nitty gritty figures/details available. It's basically a repeat of their first announcement..........Where is the detail on the corporate structure,how the deal is being funded,what the profit of the EDS business actually is to date in 2003 etc...............all of which must be readily available to TNY management. No doubt we'll find out eventually but the market cannot reasonably attribute a short term value to this stock without those details.
