I suppose it is important to convince others and try to fool yourself into believing humans are destroying the planet to ensure all that time and hard work completing a sustainable development/scientology university degree is justified.
I wonder if there were any sustainable development programs being taught when industries developed the automobile and saved society and the environment from the "certainty" we would drown in horse manure?
Do humans simply have no ability or willingness to innovate and adapt through developing cleaner and more efficient technology/systems without being introduced to "sustainable development"?
