It is interesting to see that China's Bright Foods is hovering...

It is interesting to see that China's Bright Foods is hovering around M&A opportunities in Australia. There is a very small possibility that they could step in and make a play for GFF. The reason why I say that is;

1. They have a big portion of Mannassen Foods which combined with GFF would create synergies and huge critical mass
2. Bright have bought some dairy assets in Australia so getting a hold of GFF's NZ dairy assets would also be a good play for them.
3. The offer price at the moment at $0.70 + $0.01 dividend is not excessive and can be bettered.

I am geussing if something were to be on the offing it will happen in the next three weeks.
