Let me tell you OST and BSL did look very closely at merging there steel operations.I know for a fact that OST are out shopping there steel operations around right now and BSL have had a seriuos look at them.With regards to OST you should talk to there banks as the are very concerned about there debt and the companys ability to repay if the price of Fe drops.
