Notice TIR is rushing many good announcements into the market? Does management smell something and want top dollar for where the company is now?
Why would CSM advance funds to RDR to purchase TIR and only get interest?
Armstrong is misunderstood. CSM has had a nickel team (including ex WMC people) for more than 2 years. CSM now has the REM nickel management team. With all those people looking at due dilligence CSM accepted the option for stage 1 2 months ahead of the deadline and also accepted for stage 2 i.e. CSM wanted in based on what they have seen.
