Everything looks good except I can't figure out why CSM handballed the TIR shares (via the t/o option) to RDR.

CSM would end up with an even bigger chunk of RDR, if RDR takes out TIR, but if TIR looks that good, why didn't CSM just grab the whole company.

TIR looks a steal based on their nickel holdings, even with Armstrong having its dubious contaminants.

I'm holding for RDR t/o action....but a bit perplexed by CSM's move....
