Perhaps the plan is for RDR to gobble TIR, then for CSM to polish off RDR. All seems a bit too messy though for Michael's style.

...maybe the other TIR deposits were too small for CSM, and they are cherry picking.....

Surely RDR will have a go at TIR.....but how will they pay? Shares? or more money from CSM....
