Ds, you are right.TFG want to share $$ only. But power and right are in hands of local gov/local tribes. No way TFG can kick RRS/AOI out. TFG is smart enough by avoiding bad name in international market if they act stupidly. Therefore, I dont think Puntland gov will let TFG take over their power/right. The big risk is the dead line of drilling this year until next Jan. But it can extend as long as PL know how to deal with it and I think PL is not silly to be out easily. If he loss Puntland, RRS will be dead at once and he end up as a dead meat that what he never want to.
That is why I keep following RRS by ins/outs for fun and hope.
