The 18m raise is for, 'accelerated commercialisation plan for the Company’s products; Potential synergistic acquisitions; Commercialisation of pilot Business Payments solutions; and Future working capital requirements' (from the report).
The company needs financial support and may need it into the future.. its a start up company and if you don't believe in it... there are over 2000 more ASX companies you can talk rubbish on.
