New to the shareholder of CRO. Just some observations reading through the past announcements and the never ending waist of time posts over the last 3 or 4 weeks, but IMO why would the company issue 850 million shares at the current price of approx 8.5 cents for a company that they where originally only valued at $2.5 million (850 mill x 0.003 cents)???

Has anybody considererd that maybe this is what is holding up the merger?

Maybe the BOD only want to issue 3 million shares for Appstab now?

Negative comments about 850 million share being issued for the aquisition are just as unfounded in the current situation as my scenario above.
Appstab is not worth approx $70 million now and the BOD would be negligent if they are still considering issuing 850 million shares for the company??

Just some food for thought instead of the same repetitive crap that has been thrown around. Hotcopper sure has changed over the last 3 or 4 years. I remember that when you were moderated 2 times in a week you would be banned for 7 days. Now it seems that it is a free for all and anything goes,
