Have you considered that technically the shares are still being issued at $0.003 cents as per the agreement 15 months ago. Fortunately for some mainly AF the stock price gas increased. He/they when they are finally issued will probably be in escrow for 18 to 24 months before he/they actually get there hands on them. Possibly over 3 years. If the share price was to be $2 in 3 years do we then want to give him even less?
I previously asked this as it was discussed months ago as I had trouble getting my head around the share issue also. Not any more.
AF could have taken the cash but continues to keep all his skin in the game. He will want this to work.
