If you know projects, you would know that they are usually staged milestones. I work in IT and manage projects and systems, when I am rolling out a project, I test on 3 spare laptops behind me and then once I get it working on them, I roll it out to the IT department in my office… once that is complete, I go state by state until it’s done.
If the rollout has an issue and breaks, I haven’t implemented it to every computer in Australia. Fixing it before going live is stress free.
Long story short, I would be worried if they didn’t stress test before putting everyone on the system. Every business/network has a different setup, software, size, etc.. Just because it works on one, doesn’t mean it will work on the next
