That is a clever marketing tool called a cookie that is chasing you round the net!!
No doubt, like a good investor, you have done a bit of research on Spenda and as such that cookie will seed websites with pay per click marketing served up to you based upon where you have been on the net! It is 100% specific to you and not a generic ad on Hot Copper.
PS: Don't click on it as it costs the company money!
