While you are all on tenterhooks awaiting can i simply allay fears as CRO is a work in progress and will be for some time.

Adrian Floate
Is an IT innovator who has been building software for 20 years. He has founded, built, and sold several technology businesses and worked in Asia, Australia, the UK and US. Adrian has both private and public company experience at an executive level. He is a business strategist that looks to overcome complex problems with software automation solutions. Adrian has worked in supply chain management systems since 1997 and has experience in manufacturing, wholesale distribution, retail and eCommerce. Adrian's career includes designing and developing Bunning's BITS system EDI over IP network, the development and commercialisation of Australia's first SET payments gateway, the development and commercialisation of a Windows Mobile based email platform that pre-dated the Blackberry equivalent technology, designed the CAPlink EDI network for the automotive industry in conjunction with the Capricorn Society, co-founding the CLANG online car service portal.

Howard Digby
Began his career at IBM and has spent over 25 years managing technology-related businesses in the Asia Pacific region, of which 12 years were spent in Hong Kong. More recently, he was with The Economist Group as Regional Managing Director. Prior to this he held senior regional management roles at Adobe and Gartner. He is currently an advisor to a number of private and start-up technology businesses. Mr Digby holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical), Honours, from The University of Western Australia.

Peter Ian Richards
Is a consummate business leader who has been the head of 13 different companies and is Chairman of GrainCorp Ltd., Non-Executive Chairman of Elmore Ltd. as well as Non-Executive Chairman at Cirralto Ltd. and Non-Executive Chairman at Emeco Holdings Ltd., Chairman for Emeco International Pty Ltd. (a subsidiary of Emeco Holdings Ltd.).
And in his past career Mr. Richards was Non-Executive Chairman for Minbos Resources Ltd., Managing Director at BP Plc, Managing Director at Dyno Nobel Holding ASA, Managing Director at Wesfarmers Ltd., Independent Chairman for Bunji Corp. Ltd., Non-Executive Chairman of Kangaroo Resources Ltd., Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director at Dyno Nobel Ltd., Managing Director at Norfolk Group Ltd. and Managing Director at Landmark Operations Ltd. Peter Ian Richards received an undergraduate degree from The University of Western Australia.

There is quality in the team at the helm.

As I mentioned in the summary of a report i prepared earlier this year, in my opinion, CRO is a stock that you buy and put in the bottom drawer and do not worry about short term variations in the shorter term, simply get on with life and be very pleasantly surprised one day
