Sorry, but I think you're going to be disappointed if you're expecting that announcement to be released now that the Invigo acquisition has gone through. Perhaps the acquisition of Invigo was one of the conditions to be met for the non-binding agreements to become binding but I don't believe it would have been the only one, as there wasn't really any doubt about that going through, no vote required etc. I didn't get that impression from reading @Winner55's posts at the time either.

Let's just get the quarterly out and wait for the next lot of news flow. The quarterly is the most important thing right now so I wouldn't expect any other announcement this week. Then we're into August, and If July is anything to go by I'm sure we'll be getting more news next month.
