Hi @Patricia1764 , I would have cut and pasted but at the bottom of section 2.4 ACCEPTANCE there is a blurb about paying by BPAY or EFT and the following "As such, Applicants do NOT need to return their completed Entitlement and Acceptance forms to the company"
The PDF seems 2b protected so I can't cut and paste hence my referral back to the document
