Just read Winners point of view. Careful consideration there, thank God we have someone who takes this money making caper seriously. So what we have in essence is the potential for 'local' application and the potential for 'overseas' application, the latter of which if you have read up on all the juicy info provided does NOT infer a six to twelve month delay from local to overseas. No way. Read the shhhpeel from Mastercard and they are talking 2021. This is in keeping with the inherent value that Winner has opined. I could keep writing, but it is pointless. What this means is that if things go to plan, Christmas should be good to everyone.
