Options Entitlement Issue
On behalf of the Board, I am pleased to invite you to participate in the Cirralto Limited (Company) Options Entitlement Offer to Shareholders.
The offer is being made as a pro-rata non-renounceable entitlement offer of one (1) Option in the Company for every four (4) Shares held by Eligible Shareholders on the Record Date (5.00pm AEST on Friday 11 September 2020), at a price of $0.001 per Option. Each Option will be exercisable at $0.025 per Option and expire on 28 July 2023, to raise up to $395,935 (before costs of the offer) (Entitlement Offer).
The Entitlement Offer is currently scheduled to close at 5.00 pm (AEST) on Friday, 25 September 2020. If you wish to subscribe for New Options under the Entitlement Offer you must ensure that your application and payment is received by this time in accordance with the instructions set out in Section 2.4 of the Prospectus.
The Board recommends that you read the Prospectus carefully and in its entirety before you decide whether to participate in the Entitlement Offer. There are a number of risk factors that should be considered in relation to making your decision on whether to participate in the Entitlement Offer. These risk factors are set out in Section 5 of the Prospectus.

1. Click on the link of your holder name: Ballsup;
2. Enter the postcode (Australian address) or select the country code (overseas address) relevant to your holding;
3. Tick the box next to 'I'm not a Robot' and finally, click on the 'access' button; and
4. Click on 'Download' beside the Entitlement & Acceptance form.
