it's not a big thing, but yes they are slow.
e-invoicing been around for a while. not hard to put one of those solutions in public cloud for such a thing.
reality is (I work in procurement and understand the Governments process) Cirralto would be doing well just to make it on a Government supplier panel, let alone get this work. their product is fairly new and immature.
the government would not award such work to a company bringing in less that 1M revenue last FY and such an immature product set
it's not a big thing, but yes they are slow.e-invoicing...
