Yea Gmilo, and what are Lithium Digital project portfolio, achievements so far? And especially what are IPs CRO bought which worth 1.5 mil?
Talking about IVY grads, with 1.5 mil, you can build a team of 2 leads, 200k each, and 5 decent and experienced engineers with 6 figure salaries, in either Australia or the states. Outsourcing to India or other countries, you would have a team of 10-15 people.
Unless they got some proven edge solutions (and we have no idea what that was), why would you have to buy the company to get decent developers working for you?
