They need to get an MD on board with a decent financial background immediately

2. Now that AF has this trade finance stuck in his head, my belief is a) The money making is not in transactions but lending, hence the need to onboard to setup before you can lend and b) The major risks are in the lending (invoice factoring) or trade finance can be highly risky and major losses can occur fast
This is how I now see this business or think they see the business
We believe we can become a major B2B or trade finance lender and do it better than anyone and with less risk, as we have the best insight into each business as we are processing their invoices/ receivables so we can see everything, along with getting a kickback anyway on each transaction
In lamens terms that's how I'd best describe it
Right, so the next issue is AF keeps trying to almost stall the growth imo
Is it because the software they have built is weak and the numbers/ transactions it can process at speed is unknown (not enough Beta testing) or are they afraid that if the take up of the BNPL type options come thick and fast they dont have the required funding or backend to do it yet?
I'm just rambling stuff down here but that's my take on this business as it stands
