In the absence of any news from the company the risks to the SP in the short term are still to the downside. This isn't just CRO but all companies trading on high multiples. That's just how the market is working at the moment.
Over the next 12 months the case for CRO will become clearer as they hit or exceed their targets and a lot of the uncertainty should be removed.
