If the main income driver is via signups to Spenda en-masse which brings monthly recurring income through transactions then why the reliance so heavily on a DW?
With $18m in the kitty wouldnt it be prudent to seek out long term clients for Spenda, not seeking out a DW to be a quazzie payday lender for the small business sector, which is very high risk indeed
The market still has no idea how many transactions or new client signups there are, potential transaction volume , it's all just a guess based on webinars preaching to investors, not new users
