not quite. With the match process it will close at the price there is most volume at. So the bidder is being smart and just bid 1 share less at a higher price to ensure they get that parcel. Its common practice amongst operators.
What it MIGHT imply is an insto client accumulating their parcel via a trading desk. I'd love to see a new significant holder. Someone like Thorney group would blow my mind.
