There was some excellent discussions yesterday, very enlightening for me. Im sure most of you would have read them.
@wasko was kind enough to clarify a few things for me, and @82Punter also added some extra info regarding how SPENDA will generate revenue.
I am no finance guru but i have plenty of experience suffering from supply chain issues, late payment problems, inventory issues (ect) and know first hand the negative effects these all have on a businesses ability to maintain its performance as well as the mental health, general wellbeing and smooth operation.
I think the negative mental health impacts upon staff, the stress that arises from late payments, lack of stock ect that are solved by SPENDA are not really being discussed. There will be significant improvements across the board for companies that adopt SPENDA such as less stress, less pressure, less conflict, less time wastage.. the benefits to high stress industries such as hospitality will be immense and will be felt immediately.
It is not uncommon to see an hour and a half of a day wasted due to invoicing errors, suppliers running out of stock and being unaware at the time orders are placed, dealing with clerical errors ect. The time wasted in such a time intensive high stress industry has a tremendously negative flow on effect daily. It can mean the difference between getting half an hour off over a 12hr shift of having an entire crew working 12hrs without a break. In a stressful environment that leads to a whole host of extra avoidable problems.
I imagine other industries will also see great improvements in the workplace.
One area i think SPENDA will be of great benefit to a struggling hospitality industry is staff retention. You would honestly be absolutely amazed how much pressure and stress that would be removed from a hospitality workplace if just one key staff member would have an extra two hours over an entire week. A company adopting SPENDA would be freeing up a significant amount more time for staff. The benefits of that will be quickly felt. Like removing a great amount of steam from a pressure cooker.
The hospitality industry is extremely close knit and we freely exchange information amongst each other when we discover new products or ways to improve our workpkaces, news travels fast on the vine. I can see tremendous value for the workers on the ground in hospitality as well as business owners in adopting SPENDA. I think it will be a revolutionary improvement in the industry and address a whole host of issues that may be unthought of in the process.
Its a game changer and not hard to see how it will have a tremendously positive affect upon the entire hospitality industry alone. I imagine other industries will have similar wins accordingly.
Besides the obvious financial benefits that companies adopting SPENDA will recieve, i think in hospitality at least, the real value will be felt by all the boots on the ground and result in a much more relaxed and productive workforce. Thats going to deliver far more value than anyone can possibly concieve across the hospo industry, it really is.
Anyone telling you to look at the SP is doing so to draw your attention away from how game changing SPENDA is. The immense value it will have to the hospo industry is going to be revolutionary. I say this as someone with over 20yrs in the industry.
Literally 1hr saved in the hospo industry is worth its weight in gold. The countless hours SPENDA will save over a week is worth a literal goldmine. Anyone who thinks this isnt going to spread like wildfire through the industry spends far too much time on hotcopper chasing pips and has no idea how tremendously beneficial SPENDA is going to be to a whole host of industries.

Enjoy the festivities. Spare a thought for Dom and Mr Goat and the entire SPENDA team, sounds like they are hard at it. Lets hope they can all take some time off to enjoy christmas and new year as well and then power into 2022.
