Hey guys, does anyone know how CRO will acquire appstablismnent? Have they mentioned this? Will they be issuing shares to raise capital or will they issue shares in CRO to owners of appstablismnent (Adrian Floate) ?
given CRO only has 2million in cash and they are bringing CFO and new staff, plus this acquasition how are they going to manage all this?
I feel they might need more money from somewhere
