Mate, if I had been a CEO of an ASX listed company before, I definitely wouldn't have been a B-grade one like your goat.
It's not rocket science that you should under-promise and over-deliver.... the exact opposite of what this guy does.
And I certainly wouldn't under-deliver in the same year I used shareholder capital to fund both me and my mum's future retirement.
