He may have meant there was 3 weeks work to do.
Sometimes it takes 5 weeks to complete 3 weeks of work when the process is interrupted by public holidays and staff being on leave over this traditional holiday period.
No hurry and TBH I would rather the DW announced shortly after the quarterly financials. Personally I think the DW announcement following will have more impact.
