Good question, the way I see it is this .. These options are offered by the company and they will bill you up to the exercisable price (2.5c) if you sell them. The proceeds go directly into the companies bank account whereas if you trade the CRO options online through the ASX platform you can buy and sell them similar to the corresponding shares as per normal. I'm sure If I am wrong someone will correct me on this but this explanation makes sense to me.
