the merger is definitely NOT factored into the share price, it WAS factored in until the delay and hence the sell off. as soon as it's announced its going straight back up, but if you were investing based off of the merger then you suck at investing anyway.
p.s don't pay attention to SB's 2.0c prediction. the share price ain't going there. may test 2.5 but wont be going much lower.
