The buy/sell ratio 90 hours out from when a stock is trading next is about as useful for grading the sentiment on a stock as the fluff in my belly button.
No one knows the details around the VISA agreement, no on knows the details around the CR... kinda important stuff.
It would not be unreasonable to think every single one of those orders in that queue will be modified before 10am Mon.
And more broadly, buy/sell ratio should be about the 30th thing on the list of things that are important to next move a stock.
