At this stage we can't be really sure, there is simply not enough information/proof what's going on behind closed doors.
Like with most speculative stocks we live in hope, and trust, but the shareholders are always the last ones to find out!
At the moment 10c target sounds fantastic if you hold a few m shares.
But the market can also be very crazy at times, I have seen many stocks run up 10 fold on insignificant announcements.
