Google is probably easier / more complete.
Also, if you have to ask about options, I would suggest that you seriously consider whether they are right for you. This goes for all products and financial services. My motto is, if you do not understand how it works, you probably shouldn't be investing in it.
Simplified
Shares: you own part of a company. e.g. if you have 1 share and there are 100 shares issued, you own 1% of that company.
Options: Options provide you with option (or opportunity) to purchase a share in the business. Each option represents the ability to purchase a share for a set price. the .1 cent cost of the option is the OPTION PRICE. This is how much you are willing to pay to have the ability to convert the option into a share, and own part of the business. The STRIKE PRICE (here it is 2.5c) is the price at which you must pay to convert your option into a share. As such, your TOTAL share cost via these options would be 2.6cents.
The value in an option is that you do not have to pay the full amount now. You pay a small amount to have the choice to purchase the share later.
To buy a share = pay share price
To buy an option = you pay OPTION PRICE + STRIKE PRICE (if you want to convert the option to a share)
These options are open for quite a while (28 July 2023) (EXPIRATION DATE). You only have to pay the OPTION PRICE now, and you can wait all the way until July 2023 until you have to decide whether you want to pay the 2.5 cents per share.
Finally, if you are still in doubt, and google isn't what butters your bread, think about getting some financial advice (yes you will have to pay for this in some form or another). Lots of small cap advisers exist - some great ones out there. The Canary Capital guys that are advising CRO are honest and good. Honesty is rare, especially in this end of the market.
Hope that helps.
