Of course they are. There was a large volume bought in the late 3s, early 4s back on Oct/Nov. They all bought before a period where the company spent a good chunk of it in a trading halt. My pick is they were all retail investors who bought on hype and saw their value drop significantly. It then paused and they got to stare at their paper losses for days on end and want out. I see that most of them have prices set in late 3s and early 4s so they will be waiting a while. Unfortunately for them there isn't a new swag of unsophisticated investors lined up to take their holdings so unless they bite the bullet and accept their losses they will remain owners. I do think there will be more announcements in the near future though so that may help get price up near 4. I hope the posters who were talking 12c and higher yesterday are feeling suitably embarrassed.
