I have thought the same as I am in construction also. Like you say getting paid is the hardest part. We write off the 10 percent of monthly invoicing due to delays, defects and retention. Surely they won’t carry that sort of debt. Though if I was to establish this in my company would it mean I would get paid at completion of service. I’d sign up tomorrow if so. As sache has said we have to do our part.
