Why would people on job keeper have additional income? Job keeper is for companies - it's paid to the company and they have to show a 30% reduction in revenue - IE they don't have "extra money", it's specifically designed to enable them to retain employees and keep them on payroll. And the employees who are being paid jobkeeper do not see any benefits.

CRO would definitely have been entitled to jobkeeper given their state of affairs.
