Telstra may well do so (or use it for part of their payments systems) if the product was original (tick) , innovative (tick) and unparalleled (tick) in the B2B space.
While Telstra is a huge monolith and Cirralto relatively small , their's is pretty much the best system. It would not be at all unheard of.

Oh and they were eligible for Job Keeper which they used but quickly became unqualified as their success grew.
