Thanks SB and you're right in that I did miss your point entirely.
I appreciate your knowledge and insight into the who's who and the impact they obviously have however will stick with my prediction of a slower moving increase in SP.
We are looking at the same situation from vastly different angles and I won't be too disappointed if your call becomes the reality.
