There is that risk but Cirralto has taken YEARS to develop this, not to mention build an existing customer base through existing bookkeeping products (and coming merger). Then there's the layers upon layers of legislative compliance that needed to be complied with... so yeah... it's possible but not within the next 24-36 months imo.
