It's not a one size fits all situation with CRO v's CROO. For me I wanted max number of CRO with the least risk and complications around CGT so CRO fits best although with a smaller parcel.
If CRO continues half as well as the current performance my boss will be getting a letter on 2nd of January, 2022.
