Re this point:
- unable to participate in the next issuing of options unless you convert triggering CGT (if that was an opportunity)
If there was an SPP (e.g. every 10 CRO would allow you to subscribe for 5 CRO in the SPP) and say you had 1 mil heads and 1 mil in oppies, will the oppies be included as the amount of holdings you had, or will it be based on the heads only?
At the same time, can you explain further on:
- dilution in next cap raise is a real risk (we seen the dilution at a greater % in November compared to the heads)
