There definitely was an "education" clue. A government contract would be amazing.
I work in government and know making payments in the healthcare sector to supplies in less than 20 days is near impossible.
Government sector would most likely work on large teir 1 finance systems with many approval levels. This new legislation maybe the catalyst to shake up the slow payments
