Has anyone actually thought about how what is happening now with Cirralto acquiring Appstablishment is not so dissimilar to MOT acquiring Cirralto? Both times each company has been linked to AF and acquired at a seemingly high price with the promise of bringing in a lot of revenue...
Would love to hear what @noggie @TheStooge and @Exasperated think as they were all holders back at the time of the previous acquisition. You can have a look back at the share price chart to see how the company went back then (2016/17)..
This is all in the interest of a general discussion and a view to both sides of the story. I’m holding a large position here and really want to believe that this will be the next big fintech but there is a very large elephant in the living room here that @Warnie has brought up..
