One should also consider the potential ' Exemptions ' and the fact that they are by all intensive purposes a ' Right ' which has been exercised by paying .001 cents at the time of being ' Offered ' Buying on market is of course different , and so the Capital Gains ' discounting ' provisions are also different.
So imagine a scenario where time is running out and the ' original ' holder is wearing the ' entire risk ' of them expiring worthless. if NOT exercised by the definitive date.
