Can someone enlighten me regarding the merger? Between Cirralto and Appstablishment.
This discussion was brought up in one of the FB post in a ASX Group.
Cirralto is trying to buy Appstablishment as a whole - but isn’t Adrian Floate the founder of Appstablishment? So basically he is raising money under CRO (Cirralto) to buy Appstablishment something that he founded? (Is Appstablishment not a private company and owned by others?
I found it fishy when this was brought up - seems that AF just wants to get paid on his Private ventures.
Don’t want to seem down rampy I am heavily invested within the company.
