it's just the beginning for Cirralto!, page-8886

Did a bit of research to clear my mind and found:

1. It appears KAAI is born out of OTSANA which is now liquidated. My opinion is Faldi, Eugene, Nicholas and Zaakir decided to start their own "boutique stockbroking firm" and leave the other members behind.

2. Faldi, Eugene and Nicholas have a likedin page if you want to search. For example Eugene is a lawyer with 9 years experience in mergers and aquisitions, equity capital market transactions and listing rule matters at both boutique and top tier national law firms.

3. Having lived in Perth for 10 years, West Perth is a business area so a lot of "houses" are converted to offices (accountants, mining companies etc). So 108 Outram St is not a residential home but an office (previously for Otsana but now evidently Kaai). It still according to google maps has a Otsana sign on front door.

4. Offering sares/options in leiu of fees is pretty standard, have seen it happen all the time on the ASX. KAAI were offered options which means they will have to stump up $500k to Cirralto at some point to convert and as they are options there is the risk they would expire worthless (although unlikely). In addition KAAI donated the fees for the recent transaction so another tick for the ethics of KAAI.

5. I didn't go down the rabbit hole of AI/blockchain and how that will tie in with KAAI/OTSANA and future Cirralto aquisitions but appears that CRO are in the right circles if that was to eventuate.

So to summarise, all apears to be above board IMO and I have no concerns holding going forward. Sounds like we are going to have an exciting month or two going by the hints dropped on here, Im predicting a minimum $1b+ MC in 2021 if things unfold to plan.
