Yes Dr Catarina was rubbing shoulders with Nationwide in the hope to impliment CR8 AI into their customer service arena. Would have been huge if they had liked it.
After trials with others it was never taken on board and her company went south.
Then FGO appeared and sat dormant for ages until earlier this month and then ran/ spiked on no news.
I’m sure the AI they have is unbelievable , not sure how this would fit with Cirralto going forward.
Did someone mention the company FGO address was the same as Kaai?
