We really need to keep this in perspective folks. If we look at where the stock settled and closed pre- raise , at 9.0 cents or the capital raise pricing , we are down some 21.7% off the closing price of 11.5 cents on 17th February. Of course at 8.7 cents we are now at 24.3% down off of the 11.5 cents which in opinion is not reconcilable.

Never has there been a retrace anywhere near this amount since the 7 days period from from the 17th December to the 21st December when the SP gave back 7 pips from 4.2 cents to 3.5 cent or or of this magnitude , and again between the 7 days period from the 18th November 2020 to the 25th November where the SP gave back 6 pips from 3.6 cents to settle at 3.0 cents.

In BOTH of these cases the SP only gave back 16.67%.

The only other time was over the 5 day period from 29th October to 2nd Nov 2020 when the SP hit that high of 5.1 and again settled at 3.5 cents after touching 3.2 cents on the 1st Nov. In this case the retrace on the overshoot to 5.1 cents was 31.4 % Then after that infamous 8 day suspension in October , and after touching 3.3 cents , on Day Two of resumption of trade , the SP climbed some 22%.

The only other worthy example worth mentioning was the 9 day period from the 8th Sept when the SP hit 4.1 cents , and on the 17th Sept where it closed at 2.9 cents , the retrace was 29.3%. In this case , the very next day , the SP poped upwards by 1 approximately 10 %.

So even the worst case scenario where we take approximately 30% off the overshoot of say 20.0 cents , this would indicate a more near term rebound to 14.0 cents. And at best we should probably be looking at more a price of 16.67% off the 11.5 closing pre-raise share price ....so 9.5 -9.6 cents.

Anything less than either of these two scenarios given the size and fundamental benefits of this particular raise details ......Including Director's support , and Director's lead on the conversion of options and it would make absolutely no sense in my opinion.
