Great post with one addition.
not everyone with a negative view is a downramper just like not everyone with a positive view a pumper.
this is supposed to be a place to share ideas but also to challenge them. Keep and open mind ... but not so open your brain falls out. Then it’s our job to go and work out our own view not someone else’s.
if you are buying or selling based off posts on here I am worried about you and your hard earned!
